We have used Jon's services twice.

Once to purchase our home several years ago and recently to sell that same home. Jon showed himself to be professional yet down to earth on both occasions. When we purchased our home he was patient and showed us homes that we wanted to see, not those that were being pushed by him. He listened and clearly was looking out for our best interests, never pushing us in any one direction. When we decided to sell our home, it clearly was a no brainer to choose Jon for the listing. Jon guided us as to when it would be best to list the home. He picked what he felt was a proper listing price. I was afraid initially that the asking price was too high and would cause the house to linger on the market. He reassured us he had researched it and the price was the proper one. We went with his expertise. Low and behold we received a offer above the asking price within one day. "Jon Spiva is by far the best, most knowledgeable, reliable and most thorough real estate agent my wife and I have ever worked with. We have worked with him to buy a property through in 2017 and also worked with him to sell a property in 2021.Jon literally had to jump through numerous hoops in getting our property's bought and sold and closed on in an extremely complex and difficult real estate market. He is very knowledgeable on all the local rules regulations and dots every I and crosses every T.
